### FAQ

**Which of WEX FSM’s pricing plans is right for my business?**  
WEX FSM offers multiple plans depending on your business goals. Our Payments plan is great if you are simply looking for a seamless way to collect payments. The Enterprise and Unlimited plans are positioned to help streamline your day-to-day operations so you can focus on doing what you do best.

**Are there any setup fees?**  
There are no setup fees for any of the WEX FSM plans. The only fee you pay is the monthly license fee for the plan you select, and any processing fees for running credit card payments. WEX FSM does not charge additional fees for onboarding, setup, or maintenance.

**Can I change my plan after subscribing?**  
Yes! You can always upgrade your plan or add additional users to any plan after subscribing. If you have trouble adding users to your account, feel free to give us a call at 1-866-488-6525 and we’ll help you sort it out.

**Is customer support included in all plans?**  
Yes! WEX FSM’s world-class customer support arm, WEX FSM Customer Care is available for all customers, regardless of the plan they are on. You can reach WEX FSM Customer Care via chat, email, and phone Monday through Friday from 8am – 7pm EST.

**Are there any additional costs for integrating WEX FSM with other software?**  
WEX FSM integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online, as well as Azuga vehicle tracking, Profit Rhino for flat rate pricebooks, Enhanced Pricebooks powered by Pricebook Digital, and Advanced Reporting. There is an additional fee for these integrations. Please contact us for more information.
